What to do..?

So I still love my ex gf..i figured the best way for me to get over her was to just ignore her attempts to contact me..it doesnt seem to work though i can ignore her ims and phone calls but a few days later or maybe even a week later she will try to talk to me again..im just confused on what to do..should i just concentrate on school and moving on like i have been..or talk to her?
